We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - User Acquisition. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating landing page flows to attract and monetize new users; this includes understanding key site metrics for conversion funnels, identifying opportunities for improving conversion/click-thru and other metrics for these pages and engaging with marketing and product stakeholders to continuously test, improve, roll-out and optimize these pages. We are looking for a highly analytical minded, self-directed, motivated person with a passion for success and who is never satisfied with the status quo.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Improve conversion rates, optimize forms and hone the purchase funnel for user acquisition paths
- Create new user acquisition paths for use by Marketing, through online and mobile media channels
- Look at competitive websites to compare and contrast site paths and flows
- Own and manage a testing pipeline of projects and a testing schedule
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to launch tests
- Manage tests end-to-end from conception, test brief, creative/design, testing and launch
- Analyze and interpret site data and trends through rich and deep data analysis, research (quantitative & qualitative)to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ yrs of working for an online, consumer facing business
- 2+ yrs of working in a site management/optimization capacity
- Solid direct response media buying and marketing experience
- Deep understanding of best practices in online conversion as well as ongoing desire to test and learn
- Experienced with online testing and developing factorial test matrix and test agenda as well as deploying and tracking tests
- Very strong analytical skills and excel power user
- Very strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem solver
- Proven ability to improve ROI
